Once you are Logged-In to your Switch Idea account,
1. Upload your most recent picture and fill up your details in the fields that are provided. Your Name and Mobile number (10-digit) will be auto-filled. Add your Location so that we can serve you the most relevant opportunities.
2. Fill up the Additional Information section. Frankly, this is the most important section when it comes to employers searching for your profile.
3. Select your primary and secondary interests from the respective drop downs.
4. Next, add your skills. In the skills field, you will get auto-complete suggestions as you type so that you can add the right skills without much effort. Please make sure you add multiple skills.
5. Upload your most recent resume file by clicking on the Upload Resume button.
Once you are done with all this, click Submit and you are good to go.
